1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on the Teendar platform (referred to as "Teendar", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Teendar is an online catalog directory connecting local sellers and brokers with buyers directly. We provide listing tools, gallery management, and quick click-to-chat links to facilitate direct communication on WhatsApp. We do not act as an agent, broker, or payment processor in transactions and take zero commissions or processing fees.

3. Broker Membership & Account Security

Sellers who register as brokers must provide accurate, current, and complete details, including email address, business location, and phone number.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You assume full liability for all actions, uploads, and edits made under your broker account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or display suspicious transaction behavior.

4. User-Generated Content Rules

Sellers are solely responsible for all images, gallery descriptions, listings, and text they publish on the platform. By uploading content, you guarantee that you own or have the rights to use and display such media.

🚫 Prohibited Listing Activities

You are strictly forbidden from uploading images or descriptions featuring:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, or suggestive imagery.
  • Escorts, dating services, prostitution, or human trafficking links.
  • Illegal substances, narcotics, weapons, or regulated items.
  • Fraudulent listings, deceptive offers, or scam structures.

We execute routine audits and moderation. Content violating these directives is subject to instant removal without notice, and violating accounts will be permanently banned.

5. Direct WhatsApp Dealings

Teendar facilitates connection by rendering a direct WhatsApp redirection button. Buyers and sellers acknowledge that conversations, agreements, price quotes, deliveries, and payment settlements occur independently of Teendar. We are not a party to these dealings, offer no escrow protections, and take no responsibility for product quality or financial defaults.

6. Third-Party Links & Advertising

The platform contains advertisements served by third-party networks, specifically Google AdSense. By using the platform, you acknowledge that these ad banners are loaded dynamically. We do not endorse the items, brands, or services shown in those external advertisements.

7. Warranties and Liabilities Disclaimer

THE TEENDAR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MARKETPLACE, DISAGREEMENTS BETWEEN BROKERS AND BUYERS, OR ACCIDENTAL DATA LOSS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are active immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform represents acceptance of the updated terms.
